I'm Ksheetisha, a 17-year-old high school student from Rochester Hills, MI. Having been a vegetarian for 15 years and vegan for the past three, I'm passionate about improving the lives of animals and protecting our planet. In my free time, I love to play with my vegan Golden Retriever, cook, tend to my garden, hang out with friends, and advocate for all creatures, big and small. After years of research, dedication, and passion, I self-published my first book: Meat, Milk, or Me? I hope my book will inspire our young generation to pursue veganism through knowledge and love, because strong kids with kind hearts can change the world.
I am SO excited to announce that I have written and published my very first book - Meat, Milk, or Me? - for kids!! I will be making zero profit from this book whatsoever and ALL the money will be donated to sanctuaries and animal protection organizations!
Check out my latest video with the announcement of the book!

Written by a kid for kids, Milk, Meat, or Me teaches children ages 7-11 why meat is responsible for contributing to environmental crises like climate change, how to care for their health by eating plant-based foods, and ways to demonstrate compassion to creatures of all kinds. Divided into three sections - climate, condition, and compassion - children will have the opportunity to uncover the secrets of the meat and dairy industries and the consequences of eating animal products suited to their understanding and innocence. Through simple and direct writing, each concept is explained in-depth yet concisely in a way kids will learn best. Each page includes thoughtful and charming illustrations with bold colors, fine detail, and profound expression. By empowering children to make compassionate and considerate decisions in today's world, this guide will educate and provide support to help pave the path to a more sustainable, brighter future.

With billions of pounds of methane released daily, heat is absorbed easily by these particles in the atmosphere, which contributes to the process of global warming. The less we support these industries, the greater chance we have of saving our planet and ending this crisis once and for all.

Factory farming is one of the most pressing issues of this generation. In today's age, animals are bred to bear extra weight for meat and overproduce dairy products beyond their limits. To compensate for the lack of space, these animals are forced to live in cages the size of a battery cage or yoga mat for years. Female calves are locked separately to conserve the milk supply, and male chicks and calves are sent immediately to slaughterhouses since they are of no value to the dairy industry. No living being deserves to suffer this way, and we are their only hope.
Eating balanced and complete plant-based meals are scientifically proven to provide greater health benefits compared to the adverse side effects of consuming animal products. As growing, active kids, it's important to focus on building a strong foundation for healthy habits, and plants may be the key to living a long, healthy, and happy life.
